- Wash meat with salt thoroughly then put in a clean pot add water,maggi,salt then set boiling for 15min.
- Wash cocoyam put them in a clean pot then add water set to boil until tender for 15min
- Remove cocoyam from heat remove back then pound,add palm oil to make it easy pound until smooth.
- Then add pepper,crayfish to meat stock after 5min add cocoyam paste,add water if necessary then allow the paste to dissolve for 5min.
- Add ogiri after 2min then add bitterleaf stir everything together then allow for 3min,turn off heat.
