  5. Now put another pan in the oven put oil fry all jack fruit balls for making kofta.
  6. Now put ghee in the same pan add the bay leaves, garam masala, and the hing powder and stir.
  7. Now add the onion tomato masala keep stirring add the termaric powder and red chilli powder mix well keep a stir
  8. When oil comes out from the gravy add the jeera dhania powder, garam masala powder give it a well mix
  9. Next add the kashmir red chilli powder, mango powder, kasuri methi mix well add the honey
  10. Add required water mix well boil in high flame of the oven for few minutes then low the flame of the oven
  11. Now gravy is ready. Pour it in the copta. Delicious jack fruit copta curry is ready for serving
