  9. Now add roasted and split peanuts in the syrup. Mix it well.
  10. Grease back side of thali or tray with some ghee/oil.
  11. Now spread hot mixture on the thali. Spread it evenly. With the help of a rolling pin or flat spoon make it flat surface of the mixture.
  12. Cut into strips when the mixture is a little hot. Don't allow cool completely.
  13. Let it cool for 5 to 10 mins. Take out chikki with help of knife. Our crunchy and delicious peanuts chikki are ready to serve.
