  2. Now for filling, take the chicken pieces in a blending jar and blend it into a paste, without adding water. Now add vinegar, soya sauce, green chilli, garlic crushed, spring onions, chopped onion, salt, oil and give it a mix and keep it aside.
  3. For momo sauce, take the tomato and roast it for 2 mins and pressure cook it for a wistle. Remove the skin of the tomato. Now put it in a blender, add salt, vinegar, soya sauce, 1 tsp sugar, garlic, green chilli and Kashmiri red chilli powder and blend it into a smooth paste.
  4. Now take the dough and roll it into 2 large chapatis, as mch thin as u can. Now cut them in small circles as shown in the images.
  5. Now take a smaller circle and place the filling in the centre as shown in the pic 1 & give them ur desired shapes. Do the same with the rest of momos. Few of the shapes are given below.
  6. You can mould them into any shapes of your choice.
  7. Now place a steamer and stem them for 12 to 15 mins in a low flame & serve them hot.
