  1. Make ready 200 gm peanuts
  2. Make ready 200 gm jaggery
  3. Take 1 tsp pure ghee

Instructions to make Peanut Chikki:
  1. Dry roast peanuts in a karahi on medium flame till roasted aroma comes. Switch off the flame. Keep aside to cool.
  2. Now remove the skin of peanuts by rubbing peanuts with your palms. Crush peanuts with rolling pin coarsely.
  3. Now heat ghee in a pan. Crush jaggery and add in pan. Add 2 teaspoon water and stir continuously till jaggery dissolves completely.
  4. Do water test of dissolved jaggery by putting two drops of mixture in a cup filled with water. If jaggery comes up lumpy it mens mixture is ready. Add crushed peanuts and stir till peanuts mix well in jaggery. Switch off the flame.
  5. Now grease a baking dish and put this mixture in it and spread it with the help of spetula.
  6. After 5 minutes Mark it with a knife in desired shape.
  7. Keep in airtight jar.
