- Prepare 200 gm peanuts
- Prepare 200 gm jaggery

- Dry roast peanuts in a karahi on medium flame till roasted aroma comes. Switch off the flame. Keep aside to cool.
- Now remove the skin of peanuts by rubbing peanuts with your palms. Crush peanuts with rolling pin coarsely.
- Now heat ghee in a pan. Crush jaggery and add in pan. Add 2 teaspoon water and stir continuously till jaggery dissolves completely.
- Do water test of dissolved jaggery by putting two drops of mixture in a cup filled with water. If jaggery comes up lumpy it mens mixture is ready. Add crushed peanuts and stir till peanuts mix well in jaggery. Switch off the flame.
- Now grease a baking dish and put this mixture in it and spread it with the help of spetula.
- After 5 minutes Mark it with a knife in desired shape.
- Keep in airtight jar.
