  4. Roll out each portion like a small poori.
  5. Make few pleats on one side as shown in the picture.
  6. Fill little of the stuffing in the pocket.
  7. Gently close it by sealing the edges as shown in the picture.
  8. The perfect momo to be steamed.
  9. Arrange them on a greased plate and steam for 10 minutes (5 minutes on high flame and remaining on low flame).
  10. Enjoy them with some chili garlic sauce or tomato sauce.
