  1. Mix all the ingredients mentioned in dough section, then add required amount of water in it & make a smooth dough out of it & let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped onions, when it turns translucent, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, roasted cumin & coriander powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder, crushed pomegranate, salt stir well then add small amount of water again stir & add chopped tomatoes.
  3. As the tomato gets cooked add the boiled potatoes & boiled chickpeas & mix them well in the spices.
  4. Now add the tomato ketchup, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander in it & stir well. When the gravy gets a nice thick texture remove the chole from heat sauce.
  5. Now take the momo dough, knead well & cut into pieces as shown below & sprinkle some maida in the pieces. Then roll each piece in such a way so that they get small flat bread shape with medium thickness & add 2 tsp cooked chickpea mixture & fold them in your desired momo shape. Make all the momos following this process.
  6. Then steam the momos for about 5-8 minutes (for steam method, heat water in a deep bottomed utensil, then place another utensil above it & add the momos in it then cover it with lid till they are cooked well.)
