- Heat 1 tbsp Coconut Oil in a pot. Add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds and let them splutter. Now add the 2 dry red Chillies and give it a quick stir. Then add the chopped Onion and Curry leaves to it. Mix well and saute till Onion turns translucent.
- Add then the cooked yellow and green Moong dal with a bit water and Salt to it and mix well.
- When it starts to boil add the Coconut-green chilli- cumin milk to it and mix well. Let it come to simmer and add 1 tsp Garam Masala and 1/2 tsp Lemon juice. Mix everything well and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Green-yellow Moong Dal is ready to enjoy
