Steps to make Dahi Phulkiyan:
  1. Take a bowl and add daal moong flour and add water gradually mix it well. And make a soft batter (like a cake batter) and then beat it for 5minutes on room temprature.
  2. After 15 minutes remove lid and add baking soda and mix it well with hands.
  3. Now take oil heated karahi and put some batter gradually with hands (like a small balls) and half fry it (aprox it will take 5minutes) and when all batter is half fried then fry it again completely until the desire colour become.After that rest it for 1 hour in room temprature.
  4. Now soaked the phulkiyan. For this take a bowl and add water and add 1bsp salt and mix it well then add this phulkiyan for 30minutes.
