  4. Keep the batter aside for 1-2 hours. After 2 hours once the batter is nice and fluffy, add ghee to the pan, heat the skillet and pour small amount of batter.
  5. Cook on small flame till lightly brown from both the side.
  6. Dip the malpuas in the jaggery syrup for around 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Serve it on a plate and garnish it with pistas and almonds.
