  1. Take flour in a bowl and add soda,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt. Add small amount of water to make batter. Batter Consistency should be thick.
  2. Heat the oil in kadhai and drop 1 teaspoon batter into hot oil. Deep fry balls till light golden brown in color and take it out from the oil.
  3. Take 6-7 cup water in a pan. Drop 8-10 balls at a time in a water and take it out from the water after 30 seconds.
  4. Take curd in a bowl and beat well.now add powder sugar,salt, chilli powder into beaten curd. Then add soaked Phulki into it and mix it well.
  5. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil and temper with cumin seeds. add tempered ingredients into phulki and mix it well.Garnish with some chopped Coriander leaves and sprinkle some roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder. Now Dahi phulki is ready to Serve ENJOY!
