In a pan/wok heat oil and fry the Phulkiyan and cook until completely cooked and golden brown. Remove them from the oil and add into the yogurt mixture.   3. Now heat oil and with the help of your hand add the mixture in wok and let them golden brown then add them in water and soak for 5 mints then press them to strain water…
  4. Now add them in yougert and mix them add immli chutney and chat masala over there and serve..
