- At first add 1kg yougert in a bowl then add sugar in it and beat it well until it becomes smooth and creamy now put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour..
- Now for preparing phulki take a bowl add baisan, salt, baking soda, red chilli powder add water and make a thick paste left it for almost 25 min
- Now heat oil and with the help of your hand add the mixture in wok and let them golden brown then add them in water and soak for 5 mints then press them to strain water…
