  7. Take a small sauce pan heat ghee add cumin seeds, crushed Coriander fry till brown, pour the tadka over the phulki, sprinkle pomegranate, Coriander leaves tamarind chutney, chaat masala.
  8. Ready to eat dahi phulki with rice chapati, paratha.
