  2. In a pan heat 2 tbsp ghee or oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds saute along with urad, chana dal cashews, almond saute for a minute.
  3. Now add chopped onion fry till translucent. Add chopped tomato, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves stir for a minute.
  4. Then add 2.5 cup water to this mixture add salt stir well on a medium to high flame.
  5. Then add roasted rava stir immediately.
  6. Rava absorb water and cooked.
  7. Then switch off flame. Serve hot upma slice of lemon, pomegranate.
