- Oil garam hone par chicken aur aalu shamil karein aur 3-4 mins tak medium-high flame par fry karein taake chicken ka pani khushk hojae.
- 4 mins fry krne ke baad chicken aur aalu ko separate bartan mein nikal lein.
- Ab karahi mein 1/2 cup oil shamil karein aur sath hi badi Elaichi, chhoti Elaichi, darchini, laung aur sabat kali mirchen shamil karein.
- Ab medium size ka piyaz chop kar ke shamil karein aur light golden hone tak fry krlen.
- Piyaz light golden hone par blend kiya hua masala shamil karein.
- Ab masale ko 5 mins tak medium-low flame par ache se bhoon lein ya jab tak oil separate na hojae.
- Masala ache se bhun jane ke baad chicken aur aalu shamil karein aur ache se masale mein mix krlen.
- Chicken aur aalu ko 1 min tak mazeed bhoon'ne ke baad 1.5 glass pani shamil karein, ache se mix karein aur high flame par ek ubaal ane ke baad flame ko medium-low krden aur 10 mins tak cover kar ke pkaen.
- Akhr mein dhania shamil karein aur mix kar ke dish out krlen.
