  1. Take a kadhai, heat oil on a medium flame. Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,green and red chillies,urad dal and saute well.
  2. Add rawa/sooji.Mix properly.also add salt to it. Mix. Let it roast well on medium flame. Keep stirring.
  3. Meanwhile keep boiled water ready.
  4. Once the rawa is roasted well,add the boiled water in steps and stir continuously to avoid lumps. The more the water the softer it'll be. So add water as desired.
  5. Once you get the desired consistency, sprinkle coriander leaves.Serve it with hot chai or coffee with bhujia on the side!!
