- Get 1 cup Wheat flour -
- Make ready 1/2 cup Besan -
- Get 1/4 cup Bajra aata -
- Take 1/4 cup Jowar aata -
- Take 1/4 cup Makai aata -
- Get 2 cups Lauki / bottlegourd- grated and squeezed
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Take 1 tbsp Garlic & chilli paste -
- Make ready 1 tsp Sesame/till -
- Take 1 tsp Ajwain -
- Get 1/2 tsp Saunf powder -
- Get 1/2 tsp Haldi -
- Make ready 1/4 tsp Baking soda -
- Get 1 tsp Sugar -
- Get Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup

Steps to make Laukiwadi:
- Grate lauki in a bowl and add little salt and keep aside for 5-10 mins.
- Then squeeze lauki properly and keep it's water for later use.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients.
- Mix grated lauki also. Knead well.
- If water required use left over lauki water. Knead tight dough.
- Now in a steamer put water and bring to a boil.
- Grease thaali (perforated /hole)
- Spread one portion of dough and flatten it little. 1inch
- Spinkle some more sesame over it.
- Steam it for 10-15 mins.
- When cool cut pieces into square shape.
- Deep fry till crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish with coriander and fried green chilli Serve hot.
- Enjoy with ur partner / friend at tea/coffee time.
