- In a large bowl mix all ingredients.
- Mix grated lauki also. Knead well.
- If water required use left over lauki water. Knead tight dough.
- Now in a steamer put water and bring to a boil.
- Grease thaali (perforated /hole)
- Spread one portion of dough and flatten it little. 1inch
- Spinkle some more sesame over it.
- Steam it for 10-15 mins.
- When cool cut pieces into square shape.
- Deep fry till crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish with coriander and fried green chilli Serve hot.
- Enjoy with ur partner / friend at tea/coffee time.
