- Keeping the flame low add roasted rava slowly, stirring continuously in another hand.
- Now mix continuously till the rava absorbs water, then cover and simmer on low flame for 5 minutes or till upma is cooked well.
- Add ½ lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Finally, serve rava upma hot in breakfast.
