- In a wok heat oil….add and let mustard seeds splutter
- Put the dals and cook for half minute…. now add onion, chilli, curry leaves andfry till the aroma oozes out.
- Then add groundnuts and potato, chopped tomato, haldi powder and salt. Cook for 2 minutes….add water and let it boil…. mix grated ginger.
- Slow down the flame now and gradually add sooji little by little constantly stirring.
