  1. In a wok heat oil….add and let mustard seeds splutter
  2. Put the dals and cook for half minute…. now add onion, chilli, curry leaves andfry till the aroma oozes out.
  3. Then add groundnuts and potato, chopped tomato, haldi powder and salt. Cook for 2 minutes….add water and let it boil…. mix grated ginger.
  4. Slow down the flame now and gradually add sooji little by little constantly stirring.
