  2. Further add grated carrots, green peas, spinach,salt and ghee.mix well and saute. Keeping low flame, start adding roasted sooji, now pour 2 1/2 cups hot water, stirring continuously with another hand.
  3. Mix continuously till sooji absorbs water. cover till Upma is cooked well, add coriander leaves. Finally, sooji Upma is ready to serve.
