  5. Let the smoke fill the pot. Now Keep the pot straight and put carrot juliens, ground mustard seeds,chilli powder,black and white salt, saunf off,turmeric powder.Fill the bottle with water.Cover the mouth of bottle with thin clean clloth.
  6. Keep this bottle in the sun for 3 days.Stir the carrots daily with wooden spatula.
  7. When ready serve after lunch.
