- Take all ingredients in a blender, add asofetida and salt. Grind to fine or little coarse powder depending on your preference.
- Store in an airtight container. Serve with idli or dosai.
If you try to blend all the roasted ingredients together, it may yield a very coarse powder unless you have a powerful blender. Serve idli podi with idli & ghee.
