Let it simmer for one min. Let the gravy dry then switch of the flame and add lemon juice.Stuffing is ready. Sugar is optional so when to add sugar when you add the masala you can add sugar.
  4. Take one roti layer it with green chutney then add stuffing then layer it with sweet chutney and layer thinly sliced onions and close it with help of toothpick garnish with one piece guvava one piece pineapple and a cherry. You can serve with same Subji like a salad on a pineapple base
  5. Repeat the process for other rotis.
