- In a bowl put besan,cumin,salt,curd,ginger,garLIC paste,some oil,saunf,mix it well with the help of water.

- Add all powdered spice& water Fry it.2 miniute.add salt.
- Cut boiled balls which shaps you like.put it in this masala.
- Add water for Gravy.boil it 5 miniutes.
- Greavy should be medium thick.
- Temper it desi ghee,clove & chopped garLIC.
- Garnish it with coriander leave.
- Now a lovely dish is ready to serve.
