Instructions to make Dhokhe:
- In a bowl put besan,cumin,salt,curd,ginger,garLIC paste,some oil,saunf,mix it well with the help of water.
- Make dough for this.rest it 30 miniute.
- Make medium balls from this.
- In another pan boil the 1 glass of water.add some oil in it so that balls do not stic together.
- Add prepared balls in it let them boil 10 miniute.when they will complete the boiling they will flot on the water.
- Take it out cool them.
- In a woke Heat the oil put cumin seeds, crackle it, add onion,ginger, garLIC,Fry it golden.
- Add all powdered spice& water Fry it.2 miniute.add salt.
- Cut boiled balls which shaps you like.put it in this masala.
- Add water for Gravy.boil it 5 miniutes.
- Greavy should be medium thick.
- Temper it desi ghee,clove & chopped garLIC.
- Garnish it with coriander leave.
- Now a lovely dish is ready to serve.
- Rice is very good for this dish.
