  1. Take 20-25 green chillies
  2. Take 2 tbsp oil
  3. Take 1 tbsp saunf (fennel seeds)
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp rai (mustard seeds) ka coarse powder
  5. Get Pinch hing
  6. Get 1 tsp coriander powder
  7. Get Red chilli powder as per taste
  8. Make ready Salt as per taste
  9. Take 1 tsp saunf powder (fennel seeds powder)
  10. Prepare 3 tsp sugar
  11. Get Juice of lemon

  2. Take a kadai and add oil and add a tsp of saunf,rai ka powder, saunf, coriander powder, chilli powder and salt to taste. When adding masalas reduce the flame to low.
  3. Add chopped chillies and mix everything well and cook for 1 min and off the gas.
  4. Add sugar and lemon juice and mix well. Let it cool completely. Remove and store in an airtight container. U can refrigerate it for a month.
