- Take 2 large potatoes (boiled and mashed)

- Take 2 cups whole wheat flour
- Take 2 tbsp oil
- Take 1 tsp Salt
- Take 1 tsp carom seeds

- Make ready as required Oil for frying
Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly. Cook each side of the potato in hot oil. Remove and drain on paper towels. Fried rings of potato loaded with cheddar and bacon.
Instructions to make Potato rings:
- Put all the ingredients of dough and make a soft dough. The dough should be soft. Keep aside.
- In a pan heat oil crackle mustard seeds, then add ginger garlic paste, green chilli and other masala saute for one minute on low flame and add potatoes mix well and cook it for 8-10 minutes on low flame. Stuffing is ready. Keep it cool completely.
- Make lemon size balls of the dough and roll it in square shape. Place 2 tbsp stuffing on one side and fold it after that cut strips on remaining and roll it. (Please refer pics for details)
- Roll this for 2-3 times to get the required length and put both sides together so we get ring shape. Press tightly and freeze rings for 5 minutes.
- Now we fry our rings on medium-low flame until golden brown.
- Serve hot with souce or your favorite chutney.
