  9. Phir isme 2.5 - 3 glass garampani add karen
  10. Isme zarday ka colour shamil karen.
  11. Achi tarha tez aanch par pakayen.
  12. Jab sooji thori pakne lage ik anda shamil kar ke achi tarha chamcha chalatay jayen.rooh kehwrha essence b dal dein.
  13. Agar food colour kam lage to thora aur shamil kar dein.jab halwa pateelay ki side chorhne lage tab samjh jayen halwa ready hone wala hai.
  14. Thori dair dhakkan rakh ke steam par rehne dein.upar se khusk khopra sprinkle karden.
  15. Hamara shahi sooji halwa ready hai.
  16. Dish out kar lein aur badam pistay chandi warq se garnish kar lein.
