Steps to make Mix Daal Khichadi:
- Wash rice and mix Daal 2-3 times and keep aside. Keep cooker on medium flame add ghee and put mustard and jeera let it cracker add chopped garlic pods, curry leaves, green chilies and vegetables. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add washed rice and daal and roast nicely in ghee still nice aroma comes. Add dry spices and mix well.
- Put 1:5 ratio rice and water. Add boiled water and take 3-4 whistles and let the pressure release. Khichadi is ready serve hot with ghee and papad or Raita.
