- Wash rice rava Add curd & salt and mix well.
- Keep rest for 7-8 hours for fermentation. Batter should be thin like normal dosa batter.
- Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add mustard seeds. Once crackled add onions & ginger. Saute until translucent. Add tomatoes, green chillies. Cook it until tomatoes get tender. Add potatoes (cut in small pieces) boiled peas, carrots & coriander Leaves. Add sambhar Masala, red chilli powder, salt & turmeric powder. Mix all properly. Saute all for 1-2 minutes.
- Switch off gas. Dosa Masala filling is ready.
- Now grease nonstick Tawa with oil. Pour 2-3 ladle full of batter on it. Spread evenly. Drizzle some oil on edges.
- Place Masala on dosa. Turn it's sides.
- Fold it. & cook until light brown & crispy.
- Serve with sambhar.
