Steps to make Tamarind Chutney:
- Soak tamarind for 30 minutes in lukewarm water. After, take seeds off from tamarind.
- In a pan, add tamarind with water and boil it for 2minutes. After, let it cool. Add the paste into grinding jar and grind it.
- Now, stain it with a stainer in a bowl. Again, in a pan add 1tsp oil, jeera, boilthe tamarind paste, dry Ginger powder, black salt, jeera powder, plain salt, red chilli powder respectively.
- Mix well and boil it for 2minutes. Now, add Jaggery and melt it, add cashew nuts and melon seeds
- Mix well. And your Tamarind chutney is ready to serve.
