  3. While Couscous is cooking, set your nonstick pan on fire, add 4 tablespoons olive oil. Allow to heat up then pour in the mixed vegetables and stir fry on high heat for 3mins.
  4. Add in your Shrimps, Chopped Onions and attarugu, keep stirring to mix with the vegetables for 3mins.
  5. The Couscous should be brittle as you stir very well. Add it to the fried vegetables and stir continuously till everything is well mixed.
  6. Correct seasoning and remove from heat after 3mins and serve hot, with your Gizdodo.

Add the roasted vegetables to the couscous bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the top and toss well to coat. Serve warm or at room temperature.
