- Wash Poha and strain all water in a strainer. Keep a side. Now put pan/ kadhai on low-medium flame add oil, mustard seeds, let it crackled. Now add cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onions saute it till get golden. Now add green chillies slitted. So for a min add diced Boiled Potatoes.
- Squeeze the lemon, add Turmeric Powder and 2-3 tbsp water. Add sugar and mix well.
- Now add wet strain Poha, salt mix it well. Taste it and adjust the taste accordingly. Sprinkle coriander leaves
- Mix it an serve with ratlami sev.
