- Wash karela & onion, keep aside.
- Take oil in a wok, heat it, add methi dana & kalaunji dana, let it splutter.
- Add haldi powder, sauté it for a sec.
- Now add karela & onion, add salt, stir fry it for a while.
- Moderate the heat now, cover it with the lid, cook it for a while or till half done.
- Add green chilli & dhania powder, give a stir, again cover it, cook it at moderate flame.
- Cook it till karela becomes tender.
- Now add saunf powder, cover it again, cook it for a while at low flame.
- Increase the flame now, stir fry it for a while.
- Take out in a serving bowl, have it with Paratha.
