Steps to make Egg Shahi Korma:
  1. Boil and fry the eggs keep aside
  2. Now fry the chopped onions and keep aside
  3. Now add ghee in the pan and add whole garam masala i. e cloves, cinnamon stick, green cardamon.
  4. Now add onion paste ginger paste garlic paste salt and stir well
  5. Now add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and stir for sometime and mix it well
  6. Now add cashewnut paste mix well then add curd and stir for sometime..
  7. Now add the boil eggs and fried onions and mix well with masala
  8. Now add milk for gravy.. When it comes to boil add garam masala paste..
  9. Serve hot.
