Instructions to make Aam Panna or raw mango juice:
- Peel the skin of the mangoes and cut into small pieces and in a pan add mango pieces, ginger and black pepper and boil it with a cup of water till mango became soft.
- When it cool down put boiled pulp in the blender and add sugar and salt and blende it.
- Pour into a big bowl add one litre water in it and sieve it. Mix cardamom powder, black salt and cumin powder in it.
- Take mint leaves into blender with a cup of water and Churn a little add this water also.
- Add 3 cup more water and chill it for a few hours before serving. - Pour the panna in glasses with some ice cubes. - Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
After the mango cools off, blend the mango with all the ingredients except use ½ cup of sugar we will add the sugar as needed.
