  2. Add panchphoren, let it splutter.
  3. Now add garlic & dry red chilli, sauté it till garlic turns brown.
  4. Add haldi now, sauté it for a while, do not let it burn.
  5. Add karela & onion, stir it nicely. Add salt & dhania powder, sauté it for a while.
  6. Cover it with the lid now, lower the flame, cook it for a while.
  7. Open the lid now, add saunf powder & again cover it, cook it till done.
  8. Increase the flame now, open the lid, add dahi, stir it gently.
  9. Moderate the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till dry.
  10. Remove the lid, increase the flame, fry karela for a while.
  11. Stop the flame now, take out in a serving bowl.
  12. Serve it with normal paratha or roti.
