  8. Divide the dough into several portion and roll it out flat n as thin as possible. You can dust with flour if the dough is sticky and continue rolling till thin.
  9. Squeeze and deep fry or you can fry it as flat as it is until brown on both side
  10. Deep into sugar syrup as soon as you remove from heat
  11. Enjoy!
  12. Note: please make the sugar syrup before making the dublan. As soon as you remove from pan, dip it into the syrup to coat.
