Add curry leaves and saute for 30 seconds. Add chopped potatoes, green chilli and peas. Cover the lid and Cook for 5 minutes or till veggies are soft. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder magic masala and mix thoroughly.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes, chilli and roasted Peanuts and mix well. Then add poha and mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Mix sugar and lemon juice.
  6. Serve hot. Garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
