- Pour your water and close it to boil, after it boiled add your beans add diced onions on it to make the beans cook fast.
- After the beans is softly cooked add your last seasoning(i used maggi and dangote's seasoning) used the seasoning of your choice.
- After that add your couscous, make sure the water level can contain the couscous and stir it.
- Allow it to steam for 3-5 minutes. Ready to serve.
Add some coconut oil or butter to a large pan and heat slightly. So coincidentally my husband started doing this with couscous a couple of months ago and I told him that he had invented something new I love stewed beans. Or Jollof beans as we would call it in Nigeria. Beans cooked in a tomato sauce. Except my sauce is more onions and peppers than tomatoes.
