- Heat another part of sooji with green colour, milk& water.Cook till becomes a smooth paste.
- In another heated pan add leftover portion of sooji, milk& water.cook till it becomes smooth paste.
- Take a bowl,Grease it with desi ghee,pour orange paste first & press it,now add white paste & then green paste & pressed well.
- Let it cool down. - Put a plate on it and take out the halwa. - Garnish with almonds.
