- Wash chicken and marinate. Keep in your refrigerator. After 1 hour bring out your chicken and boil with onions and little salt.
- When chicken is tender enough to ur taste, turn off the heat and set aside.
- Heat up your pan, add vegetable oil drop a little onion and fry your perboiled chicken.
- Cut your carrot, spring onions, peas,green pepper and beans, pepper, bell pepper and onions
- Stirfry No4 above add seasoning, salt and sauce, taste to be ascertain your sauce are OK.
- Add chicken stock to 5above and bring to a boil.
- Add your couscous. Note couscous don't require plenty water and time to get cooked.
- After 3-5min, turn off your heat and allow to steam. Stir your couscous.
- For coselaw. Cut / grate your carrot cabbage, cucumber into desire shape and add mayonnaise. (added sweetxorn to mine)
- Enjoy your meal.
