  5. Make ready German Mustard or Mustard you like
  6. Prepare 6 Garlic cloves minced (optional)
  7. Take 2 boxes beef broth
  8. Prepare 2 cups water
  9. Prepare 1 beef bullion cube (optional)
  10. Take 1 bay leaf (optional)
  11. Get 4 Tbsp flour/corn starch, Mix with Water (thicken gravy)

  4. To make Gravy: - Remove Rouladen and set aside. - Strain the liquid into a smaller pot. - Mix water & flour or corn starch together in a separate cup. Mix till smooth. - Use to thicken your gravy. Slowly add the mixture to make the gravy. Mixing together till the constancy you want. - The gravy will thicken as it cooks. - Simmer 10 minutes or longer.
  5. You could have it with potato dumplings, Egg Noodles, Mashed Potatoes & a Veggie.
