- Stir allow to fry for 1 min
- Add onion powder
- Add maggi cubes
- Add curry
- Little by little add d steamed couscous n stir thoroughly to incorporate
- Lastly add carrots
- Add your stirfry couscous is ready
Fluff couscous with a fork before serving. Add broth; bring to a boil. Fluff with a fork and serve immediately. Add couscous to the broth, stir, cover and remove from heat. Remove lid from the pot and fluff couscous with a fork.
