- Heat oil in a kadhai. Rub the Fish pieces with salt and turmeric and lightly fry them. Keep them aside.
- In the same pan, splutter some cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Add the onions and fry till they turn golden brown.
- Add the peas. Fry for some time.
- Now add the tomatoes and salt. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix everything well.
- When the tomatoes turn soft, add warm water to the kadhai and let it come to a boil. Close the lid if needed.
- After some time add the fried fish to the curry. And close the lid and let it cook for sometime. Adjust the salt if needed.
- Lastly add chopped coriander before turning the flame off.
