- Now prepare a semi thick maida batter by mixing maida with water. And then dip the poha croquette into the maida batter. Cover all sides. Now coat with bread crumbs.
- Prepare all the croquettes similar way and keep them in freezer for atleast 1 hour before deep frying.
- After 1 hour, take out from freezer or you may take out before frying them. Deep fry them until golden brown, then serve with tomato ketchup.
